413.101 Oregon Health Authority Fund.


OR Rev Stat § 413.101 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

The Oregon Health Authority Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Oregon Health Authority Fund shall be credited to the fund. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Health Authority for carrying out the duties, functions and powers of the authority under ORS 413.032. [Formerly 413.031]
