413.041 Persons authorized to represent Oregon Health Authority in contested cases.


OR Rev Stat § 413.041 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

(1) Notwithstanding ORS 8.690, 9.160, 9.320 or 203.145 or ORS chapter 180 or other law, in any contested case proceeding before the Oregon Health Authority, a corporation may be represented by an attorney or by any officer or authorized agent or employee of the corporation.

(2) As used in this section, corporation includes a public or private corporation, whether or not organized for profit. [2011 c.720 44]
