413.018 Health Care Workforce Strategic Fund.


OR Rev Stat § 413.018 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

There is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund, the Health Care Workforce Strategic Fund. The fund shall consist of moneys obtained from federal and private sources as well as any moneys appropriated to the fund by the Legislative Assembly. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Health Authority to meet the goals established by the Health Care Workforce Committee established pursuant to ORS 413.017.
