OR Rev Stat § Sec. (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

Notwithstanding ORS 412.124, for the biennium beginning July 1, 2011, the Department of Human Services may provide aid described in ORS 412.124 subject to available funding as approved in the legislatively adopted or legislatively approved budget for the department.

(2) As used in this section:

(a) Legislatively adopted budget has the meaning given that term in ORS 291.002.

(b) Legislatively approved budget has the meaning given that term in ORS 291.002. [2011 c.630 83]
