ORS Chapter 407
407.585 Veterans Small Business Repair Loan Fund.
The Veterans Small Business Repair Loan Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Veterans Small Business Repair Loan Fund shall be credited to the fund. Moneys received from legislative appropriations and repayments of loans shall be credited to the fund. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Department of Veterans Affairs for the purposes of funding loans under ORS 407.582. [2008 c.18 20]
