OR Rev Stat § Sec. (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

Whenever, in any uncodified law or resolution of the Legislative Assembly or in any rule, document, record or proceeding authorized by the Legislative Assembly, in the context of the duties, functions and powers transferred by section 52 of this 2010 Act, reference is made to the Department of State Police, or an officer or employee of the Department of State Police, whose duties, functions or powers are transferred by section 52 of this 2010 Act, the reference is considered to be a reference to the Department of Transportation or an officer or employee of the Department of Transportation who by sections 52 to 58 of this 2010 Act is charged with carrying out the duties, functions and powers.
