403.507 Size of district board; qualifications.


OR Rev Stat § 403.507 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

(1) The governing body of a radio and data district shall be a board of three or five members, to be elected by the electors of the district, and an administrator, to be appointed by the district board.

(2) Every elector of a district is qualified to be a member of the district board. [2009 c.584 4]
