403.320 Board as governing body of district; president of board.


OR Rev Stat § 403.320 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

(1) The district board is the governing body of the district and shall exercise all powers thereof.

(2) At its first meeting or as soon thereafter as may be practicable, the board shall choose one of its members as president. [Formerly 401.827]
