403.310 Officers of district; qualifications.


OR Rev Stat § 403.310 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

(1) The officers of the district shall be a board of five or seven members elected by the electors of the district.

(2) Any elector residing within the district is qualified to serve as a district board member. [Formerly 401.822]
