403.155 Agreements among certain safety agencies for rendering emergency services.

Public or private safety agencies may enter into agreements requiring that an emergency unit dispatched by a 9-1-1 emergency reporting system established pursuant to ORS 403.115 must render emergency services without regard to jurisdictional boundaries. [Formerly 401.780]
