398.326 Contempt toward officials.


OR Rev Stat § 398.326 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

Any commissioned officer subject to this chapter who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Governor or the legislature of this state, or the Governor or legislature of any state, territory, commonwealth or possession wherein that officer may be serving, shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
