398.322 Absence without leave.


OR Rev Stat § 398.322 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

Any person subject to this chapter who, without authority:

(1) Fails to go to the appointed place of duty of the person at the time prescribed;

(2) Goes from that place; or

(3) Is absent from the unit, organization or place of duty at which the person is required to be at the time prescribed;

shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. [1961 c.454 162]
