ORS Chapter 398
398.314 Solicitation.
(1) Any person subject to this chapter who solicits or advises another or others to desert in violation of ORS 398.320 or mutiny in violation of ORS 398.338 shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
(2) Any person subject to this chapter who solicits or advises another or others to commit an act of misbehavior before the enemy in violation of ORS 398.348 or sedition in violation of ORS 398.338 shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. [1961 c.454 158]
