398.104 Jurisdiction of courts-martial of each component.

Each component of the organized militia has court-martial jurisdiction over all persons subject to this chapter. The exercise of jurisdiction by one component over personnel of another component shall be in accordance with military department regulations prescribed by the Governor under ORS 396.125 or by the Adjutant General under ORS 396.160.
