396.350 Military Department Revolving Fund.


OR Rev Stat § 396.350 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

(1) A revolving fund not to exceed $25,000 for the use of the military department hereby is established for the purpose of providing funds to pay expenses of the department where it is necessary to make immediate cash payments to obtain trade discounts and for travel, postage, expressage, emergency advances and items which are payable immediately in cash upon presentation. The revolving fund shall be deposited with the State Treasury. The Adjutant General, or the person designated by the Adjutant General in writing filed with the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, may draw checks or orders upon the State Treasurer payable from the revolving fund in making disbursements for the purposes listed in this subsection.

(2) The revolving fund shall be reimbursed at least once each month by submission of a duly approved claim for payment from the account or fund appropriated and available for payment of authorized expenses of the military department. [1961 c.454 28; 1975 c.614 13; 1979 c.95 4]
