As used in ORS 371.405 to 371.535:
(1) County court includes the board of county commissioners sitting for the transaction of general county business.
(2) District means a road assessment district organized under ORS 371.405 to 371.535. [Amended by 1955 c.227 1; 1971 c.647 69; 2003 c.802 106]
