367.560 Disposition and use of general obligation bond proceeds.

All moneys obtained from the sale of general obligation bonds under ORS 367.555 to 367.600 must be paid over to the State Treasurer and credited by the State Treasurer to the State Highway Fund. Such moneys may be used only for the purposes stated in ORS 367.555 to 367.600 and, pending the use of such moneys for highway purposes, may be invested as provided by law.
