366.015 Hard surfaced highways defined.

As used in all highway Acts, hard surfaced highways means any state road or highway constructed and surfaced or to be constructed and surfaced with such materials or combinations of materials as to produce what is commonly known or styled pavement, and not such construction or surfacing as is commonly known as macadam.
