OR Rev Stat § Sec. (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

The amendments to ORS 41.905 and 153.108 by sections 29 and 30 of this 2011 Act apply only to offenses committed on or after January 1, 2012. Any offense committed before January 1, 2012, shall continue to be governed by ORS 41.905 and 153.108 as in effect immediately before January 1, 2012. [2011 c.597 31]
