OR Rev Stat § Sec. (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

Section 5 of this 2011 Act [21.105] applies only to proceedings commenced on or after October 1, 2011. Any proceeding commenced before October 1, 2011, shall continue to be governed by the law in effect immediately before October 1, 2011. [2011 c.595 6]
