9.720 Court assuming law practice; hearing.

If after notice and an opportunity to be heard the court finds that it has jurisdiction and finds that the assumption of such jurisdiction is necessary in order to protect the interest of the clients of the affected attorney or to protect the public interest, the court may, by appropriate order, immediately take jurisdiction over the law practice of the affected attorney, including all legal files, clients trust funds, clients property and all books, records, funds and property used in the law practice of the affected attorney.
