9.030 Voting rights; eligibility of members for board of governors and house of delegates.


OR Rev Stat § 9.030 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

(1) An active member of the Oregon State Bar shall vote for members of the board of governors and house of delegates representing the region in which the bar member maintains the member s principal office.

(2) An active member of the Oregon State Bar is eligible to be a candidate for, and to be appointed or elected to, the board of governors or house of delegates to represent the region in which the bar member maintains the member s principal office.
