Title 69. Roads Bridges and Ferries
§69-1802. Penalty for felony.

Any person who is convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this Code herein or by the laws of this state declared to constitute a Class D1 felony offense, and for which another penalty is not provided in this Code, shall be punished by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or by a fine of not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) nor more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
