§63-4210.3. Transporting weapon in or discharging weapon from vessel - Exceptions - Penalties.

Universal Citation: 63 OK Stat § 4210.3 (2023)

It shall be unlawful to discharge a firearm from a vessel, except for the purposes of self-defense, hunting animals or fowl, and in compliance with existing state and federal laws. Anyone violating the provisions of this section, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than three (3) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
