Title 63. Public Health and Safety
§63-1-745.60. Application with other state abortion laws.
Universal Citation: 63 OK Stat § 1-745.60 (2023)
This act shall not affect any provision of state law that regulates or prohibits abortion including, but not limited to, any provision that restricts or regulates an abortion by a particular method or during a particular stage of pregnancy.
