§21-265. Bribing or offering bribe to executive officer.

Any person who gives or offers any bribe to any executive officer, with intent to influence him in respect to any act, decision, vote, opinion, or other proceedings of such officer, shall be guilty of a Class C2 felony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20M of this title, or by a fine not exceeding Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or both.
