§21-1719. Larceny of domestic fowls - Receiving stolen fowls.

Every person who shall take, steal and carry away any domestic fowl, or fowls, and any person purchasing or receiving such domestic fowl, or fowls, knowing them to have been stolen, shall be guilty of grand larceny, a Class D1 felony offense, regardless of the value thereof, and upon conviction shall be punished by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of this title, or by a fine not exceeding Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
