§21-1192. Spread of infectious diseases.

Any person who shall inoculate himself or any other person or shall suffer himself to be inoculated with smallpox, syphilis or gonorrhea and shall spread or cause to be spread to any other persons with intent to or recklessly be responsible for the spread of or prevalence of such infectious disease, shall be deemed a felon, and, upon conviction thereof, guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of this title.
