§62-255.3. Pandemic Relief Secondary Source Revolving Fund.

There is hereby created in the State Treasury until July 1, 2028, a revolving fund for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce to be designated the "Pandemic Relief Secondary Source Revolving Fund". Except as otherwise provided in this section, the fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies directed for deposit to the fund by law. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and shall be awarded by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce through grants to cover costs that are:

1. Directly associated with industrial parks, airparks, and ports at least partially funded by an appropriation from the Statewide Recovery Fund of the State Treasury created in Enrolled House Bill No. 3349 of the 2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, with priority given to projects partially funded by the Pandemic Relief Primary Source Revolving Fund; and

2. Anticipated by the Department to be ineligible expenditures for reimbursement under the provisions of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.

Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
