§47-1057. Exemption from vicarious liability.
Universal Citation: 47 OK Stat § 1057 (2022)
A peer-to-peer car sharing program and a shared vehicle owner shall be exempt from vicarious liability consistent with 49 U.S.C., Section 30106, and under any state or local law that imposes liability solely based on vehicle ownership.
