Title 47. Motor Vehicles
§47-1-173. Suspension of driving privilege.
Universal Citation: 47 OK Stat § 1-173 (2022)
The temporary withdrawal by formal action of Service Oklahoma of a person's privilege to operate a motor vehicle on the public highways. Such action shall include the requirement of the surrender to Service Oklahoma of the person's driver license.
