§36-124. Incorporation of new measures into benefit plans.
Universal Citation: 36 OK Stat § 124 (2022)
Any measure enacted relating to a benefit plan shall be incorporated into any benefit plan that is issued or renewed on or after the effective date of the act unless specifically provided for otherwise.
