Title 63. Public Health and Safety
§63-2152. Donation of blood.

Universal Citation: 63 OK Stat § 63-2152 (2021)

Any person sixteen (16) years of age with parental permission or authorization, or seventeen (17) years of age or older without parental permission or authorization shall be eligible to donate blood voluntarily; provided that only persons eighteen (18) years of age or older may receive compensation for blood so donated.
