§63-2-311. Sale of certain substances.

A. The legal owner of any stock of controlled dangerous substances, as listed in Schedules II through IV, upon discontinuation of manufacture, distribution, dispensing, prescribing, administering or use for scientific purposes of said substances, may sell said stock to a manufacturer, wholesaler or pharmacist. Schedule II substances must be transferred on an order form as provided in Section 2-308 of this title.

B. A pharmacist, only upon an order form as provided in Section 2-308 of this title, may sell to a physician, dentist or veterinarian, in quantities not exceeding thirty (30) milliliters at any one time, aqueous or oleaginous solutions of which the content of controlled dangerous substances does not exceed a proportion greater than twenty percent (20%) of the complete solution, to be used for medical purposes.
