Title 63. Public Health and Safety
§63-1-1530. Development of strategies to prevent tobacco and vapor product use by persons under 21.
Universal Citation: 63 OK Stat § 63-1-1530 (2021)
The State Department of Health and the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services shall work together to develop new and innovative strategies to prevent tobacco use, nicotine use or use of vapor products by persons under the age of twenty-one (21).
