Title 14. Congressional and Legislative Districts
§14-80.35.17. Operative date.
Universal Citation: 14 OK Stat § 14-80.35.17 (2021)
The Senate districts described herein shall become operative on the fifteenth day following the General Election in November 2022; provided, however, the State Election Board shall conduct the elections for the Senate in 2022 in accordance with the provisions of the State Senate Redistricting Act of 2021.
