§68-2368.32. Historic Greenwood District/Juneteenth Festival Revolving Fund.

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund to be designated the "Historic Greenwood District/Juneteenth Festival Revolving Fund" and administered by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all the monies received by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce pursuant to the provisions related to the Historic Greenwood District License Plate in Section 1135.5 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce at the beginning of each fiscal year for the purpose of providing grants to support and promote the Historic Greenwood District Juneteenth Festival in the Historic Greenwood District in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment and in consultation with the Black Wall Street Chamber of Commerce.
