Title 68. Revenue and Taxation
§68-107. Disbursements to be within appropriations.
Universal Citation: 68 OK Stat § 68-107 (2020)
The total amount disbursed by the Tax Commission in any one fiscal year for the payment of salaries, expenses and incidentals shall not exceed the amount appropriated therefor by the Legislature.
