§63-1-828.1. State agencies - Placement of persons in unlicensed residential care homes prohibited.
Universal Citation: 63 OK Stat § 63-1-828.1 (2020)
No state agency shall knowingly place, refer, or recommend placement of a person in need of care in an unlicensed residential care home.
