§36-1001. Judicial review.
Universal Citation: 36 OK Stat § 36-1001 (2020)
Any order, ruling, finding, decision or other act of the Oklahoma Insurance Department made pursuant to the Property and Casualty Competitive Loss Cost Rating Act shall be subject to judicial review.
