Title 30. Guardian and Ward
§30-3-213. Persons ineligible for appointment as conservator.
Universal Citation: 30 OK Stat § 30-3-213 (2020)
No person shall be appointed conservator of an estate who would be ineligible to act as guardian of the ward in such case.
