§74-71. Taking of rebates by officer of Office of Management and Enterprise Services a felony.

Universal Citation: 74 OK Stat § 74-71 (2019)

The taking or receiving by any officer of said Office of Management and Enterprise Services of any rebate, percentage of contract, money, or any other thing of value from any person, firm, or corporation offering, bidding for, or in the open market and seeking to make sales to said Office, shall be a felony. Any officer of said Office convicted under this section shall be punished by a fine not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) and by imprisonment in the custody of the Department of Corrections not less than five (5) years nor more than ten (10) years. Such fine shall be in addition to other punishment provided by law and shall not be imposed in lieu of other punishment.
