Title 74. State Government
§74-2. May remove officers appointed.
Universal Citation: 74 OK Stat § 74-2 (2019)
The Governor shall have power to remove any officers appointed by him, in case of incompetency, neglect of duty, or malfeasance in office; and may then fill the same as provided in cases of vacancy.
