Title 70. Schools
§70-1923. Unauthorized grant of degrees prohibited.
Universal Citation: 70 OK Stat § 70-1923 (2019)
No person, to whom authority to grant degrees has not been granted in accordance with this act, shall grant, offer to grant, or advertise to grant, any such academic or professional degrees.
