Title 69. Roads Bridges and Ferries
§69-601.8. Immunity from liability – Cattle guards or other devices.
Universal Citation: 69 OK Stat § 69-601.8 (2019)
The state, county or political subdivision shall be immune from liability if a claim for damages results from the use, repair or maintenance of cattle guards or other device designed to impede the movement of livestock, wildlife or other animals on public roadways.
