Title 63. Public Health and Safety
§63-128.7. Authority of officers.
Universal Citation: 63 OK Stat § 63-128.7 (2019)
Any municipal, county or state law enforcement officer within this state shall have the right to arrest any person for the violation of any of the provisions of this part.
