§59-858-807. Uniform Consent to Service of Process.
Universal Citation: 59 OK Stat § 59-858-807 (2019)
Each entity applying for registration as an AMC in this state shall complete an irrevocable Uniform Consent to Service of Process, as prescribed by the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraiser Board.
