Title 59. Professions and Occupations
§59-1273. Enforcement of act - Surety for costs.
Universal Citation: 59 OK Stat § 59-1273 (2019)
The Board shall enforce the provisions of this law and they shall be exempt from providing surety for the costs in connection with the commencement of any legal proceedings under this law.
