Title 44. Militia
§44-245. Persons not to be commissioned or enlisted.

Universal Citation: 44 OK Stat § 44-245 (2019)

No person shall be commissioned or enlisted in such forces who has been expelled or dishonorably discharged from any military organization of this state, or of another state, or of the United States.
