Title 43. Marriage and Family
§43-131. Residency in divorce cases.
Universal Citation: 43 OK Stat § 43-131 (2019)
A married person who meets the residence requirements prescribed by law for bringing a divorce action in this state may seek a divorce in this state, though the other spouse resides elsewhere.
